About RedX
REDX is a Bangladeshi delivery company that serves online sellers and individuals. It says it delivers in all 64 districts and provides logistics support across 493 sub-districts, with pickups from all over the country. It lists a network of hubs, and you can ask at your nearest one.
RedX’s published delivery times after pickup are next day inside Dhaka, 48 hours for Dhaka suburbs and 72 hours outside Dhaka. It adds that these can vary with conditions and customer availability. RedX handles cash on delivery, and sellers can change the customer’s phone, COD amount and address in the RedX panel, up to once each, until delivery.
Kargo Radar reads RedX’s public global tracking data and uses the English event text. RedX also provides a Bangla version, which we don’t display. RedX’s events name hubs in great detail, including when a vehicle leaves and when a parcel is unloaded, but this feed doesn’t return the parcel ID, so we query only the exact ID you enter.
Kargo Radar is independent. It isn’t affiliated with RedX.
What do RedX tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

RedX matches the whole ID, so one wrong character won’t bring up a nearby parcel. The shop’s own order number won’t work.
Is the carrier detected automatically?
These IDs mix digits and letters in a way other carriers don’t, so the home page search finds them too. On this page, RedX is already selected.
How to track RedX packages with Kargo Radar

Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.

Get notified
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about RedX statuses
RedX writes full sentences for its events. A single trip between two hubs often produces four separate lines:
- Parcel is ready for transfer
- The parcel is waiting to leave one hub for the other hub named in the event.
- Parcel carrying vehicle has left
- The vehicle carrying your parcel has left one hub for another.
- Parcel is unloaded from the vehicle
- It has arrived and been taken off the vehicle at this hub. The next line is usually the received scan.
- Parcel is received in
- The hub named here has scanned it in. REDX Central Mother Hub is a central stop on the route, so more transfers may follow.
- Parcel is on the way to delivery by
- A rider has the parcel. The event may include the rider’s name and a contact number.
RedX customer support
Ask the seller first about refunds, wrong items and address changes, because the seller created the parcel and can edit its details in the RedX panel. RedX says lost or damaged items must be reported immediately, that it allows at most 3 days to raise an issue, and that its investigation takes at least 5 working days.

How do I track a RedX parcel?
Paste the parcel ID into the form, then press search. RedX is selected already, and you’ll get the full list of hub transfers without logging in.
Where can I find my RedX parcel ID?
The shop gets the ID when it creates your parcel, so check its message to you or ask for it. It starts with two digits from the year or a full date, and also contains letters.
Is RedX tracking on Kargo Radar live?
Your search pulls whatever RedX has at that moment. That record depends on scans at each hub, so a parcel loaded on a vehicle can show its previous stop for a while.
What if I get “No parcel data found”?
That’s RedX’s answer when the exact ID doesn’t exist in its system. Compare each character with your message from the shop. A shop’s internal order number also fails here, so ask for the REDX parcel ID.
How long will RedX keep my parcel at the hub?
RedX says it doesn’t hold parcels for more than 3 days once they reach the last-mile hub. If you’ll be away, contact the seller straight away.
Can RedX deliver to a cantonment or other restricted area?
RedX’s FAQ says that where security stops outside entry, the delivery agent waits at the gate and you collect the parcel there. Keep your phone on when it’s out for delivery.
What if the item arrives faulty?
Check it while the rider is with you. RedX says a customer must check a faulty product in front of the rider and return it, and that it doesn’t accept complaints after a successful home delivery.
