Track EMS items sent with postal services around the world. Kargo Radar reads the EMS network’s public tracking and lists every scan from acceptance to delivery.
Enter your EMS tracking number
When any of your packages, including EMS, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
EMS (Express Mail Service) is the international express service offered by postal operators, coordinated by the Universal Postal Union’s EMS Cooperative. Each member post accepts and delivers EMS items in its own country, and some brand the service differently, for example as Speedpost or International Express Post.
The EMS Cooperative is a body of the Universal Postal Union, a specialized agency of the United Nations, and has more than 175 member countries. It describes EMS as the fastest cross-border postal product, for documents and merchandise, and says EMS takes priority over other postal services. Its EMS Unit is part of the UPU’s International Bureau in Berne, Switzerland, and works for the postal operators rather than for individual customers.
Kargo Radar uses the EMS Cooperative’s public tracking, which shows EMS items from member posts around the world, including China EMS. Events from the destination country often appear in the same record.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

EMS numbers ending in TR are issued by PTT, Türkiye’s postal service, and are tracked with PTT.
EMS numbers are recognized automatically. Some are checked directly with the origin country’s postal service instead (see International Post tracking); the form on this page always checks the EMS network.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has EMS selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Good to know about EMS event times:
EMS is run by each country’s post, so that’s who you contact. The EMS Cooperative says enquiries and claims must be started by the sender at the post office in the origin country. To locate an item, you can also try the EMS operator in the destination country. Its Global Network pages list contact details by country.
If you’re the recipient, ask the sender to start the enquiry and give them the 13-character item number. Kargo Radar has no link to any post’s complaints desk, so it can’t open an enquiry or a claim.
Answers to common questions about EMS packages.
Paste your EMS number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up in the EMS network’s tracking and lists every event in order.
Yes. EMS numbers ending in CN are covered by the EMS network’s tracking, which Kargo Radar checks.
Contact the postal service that sent the item, or the EMS operator in the destination country. The EMS Cooperative doesn’t answer questions about individual items and doesn’t give tracking information by phone.
The EMS Cooperative says it measures the performance of EMS operators worldwide, and its Pay-for-Performance scheme links payment for delivering EMS items to the quality of service. Members with high delivery performance receive Gold, Silver or Bronze EMS Performance Awards.
The EMS Cooperative says some postal services sell EMS under another name, such as Speedpost or International Express Post. If they are members of the EMS Cooperative, they follow the same standards and procedures as all other members, so their items are still EMS items.
