When any of your packages, including Aramex New Zealand, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
This courier was born in New Zealand. Bill McGowan of Napier founded Fastway Couriers in 1983 to serve Hawke’s Bay businesses. The company joined the Aramex group in 2016 and fully rebranded in 2019. Its site describes a network of 18 regional franchises and more than 280 franchise partners across the country.
Parcel Connect is the feature recipients tend to notice first. If you aren’t home, Aramex says your parcel can be redirected to a local partner agent, and you collect it when it suits you, including at weekends and outside normal business hours. The service isn’t in every location. Estimated delivery times cover business hours, Monday to Friday, with weekends and public holidays excluded.
Kargo Radar reads the data behind the Track tool on aramex.co.nz and shows the English scan text, plus any estimated delivery date. All times are New Zealand time. Australian labels use the same format but sit on a separate Aramex site, so they won’t show up here. Kargo Radar runs on its own and has no affiliation with Aramex.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

If your order has several boxes, you may have several label numbers. Check each one, since they can move separately.
We can’t tell a New Zealand label from an Australian one by the number alone, so nothing is auto-detected. Use this page’s form, where Aramex New Zealand is preselected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Aramex New Zealand selected and takes you straight to the results.
Aramex New Zealand numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Aramex New Zealand from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.

After an attempted delivery you have a few routes. Ask Aramex to bring it back to your address, have it redirected to a new one for a small fee, collect from the depot, or, in some places, send it to a Parcel Connect agent. Aramex says one redelivery to the original address is free. Call or check with the depot before you drive there, so you know it’s actually waiting.
If a parcel hasn’t arrived, Aramex asks you to track it and then complete its online enquiry. For damage, tell the sender promptly and lodge the enquiry within 24 hours. Ask the sender if you don’t know your label number. Kargo Radar has no access to Aramex’s systems beyond the tracking record, so all of these requests go directly to Aramex.
Answers to common questions about Aramex New Zealand packages.
Paste the label number into the box at the top of this page. Aramex New Zealand is already chosen, so results come straight from the New Zealand tracking record rather than the Australian one.
You’ll need it, because Aramex has no way to track without one. Look in your order confirmation or dispatch email, on the calling card if one was left, or ask whoever sent the parcel.
Every search collects the latest record from Aramex. If no scan shows yet, Aramex suggests trying again in a couple of hours, and it warns that tracking may not update during transport disruptions, so a quiet history isn’t proof of a lost parcel.
Aramex returns nothing until a label has a scan, and it also rejects a mistyped number. Check every character first. Then try the Aramex Australia page, because a label created there uses exactly the same pattern and won’t appear here.
Yes, for the first one. Aramex says it will bring your parcel back to the original address at no charge, but it offers only one free redelivery. Sending it to a new address costs a small fee, and you can choose your depot or a Parcel Connect agent instead.
Your parcel is redirected to a nearby partner agent, who stores it until you come by. Aramex says you can go at weekends or outside normal business hours. Its page doesn’t say how long agents hold parcels, so collect it without much delay.
Maybe not. Aramex warns that fake SMS messages using its name are circulating. Instead of tapping a link, copy your label number from the original shipping email and check it here or on aramex.co.nz.
