When any of your packages, including NACEX, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
NACEX is an express courier for parcels and documents, founded in 1995 and part of Grupo Logista. NACEX says it works in Spain, Portugal, Andorra and the Netherlands, with more than 300 franchises and 35 platforms. Your shipment’s origin agency is part of its tracking number.
NACEX.shop is the pick-up network, with more than 4,000 points according to NACEX, currently in Spain and Portugal. NACEX says these partner shops usually open longer than its franchises, and some open at weekends. Its Mi Entrega Preferida service lets recipients change the date, time slot or pick-up point through a link in an SMS or email.
Kargo Radar uses NACEX’s public tracking form on each search and shows the status lines in Spanish. NACEX gives only a date for most events, so times are missing, except the delivery time when it’s published. We don’t show the name of the person who signed for it. Kargo Radar has no ties to NACEX or Logista.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

The same number without the slash. Choose NACEX on this page, as other carriers use 12 digits too.
Keep the slash if you have it. NACEX’s form calls the second part Nº expedición, and it also searches by reference with an agency or customer code, which isn’t supported here.
The format with a slash is recognized automatically. Without the slash, 12 digits could belong to another carrier, but this page already has NACEX selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has NACEX selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some NACEX numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose NACEX from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
NACEX writes statuses in Spanish. Here’s what they mean:
NACEX customer service is on 900 100 000, or atencion.cliente@nacex.com, and its site has online chat and a complaint form. If you got a pre-alert, try the Mi Entrega Preferida link first, because it can change a delivery without a call.
If you ordered online and the parcel never arrives, also tell the shop, since it booked the shipment. Kargo Radar only displays the tracking from NACEX and has no access to delivery changes or complaints.
Answers to common questions about NACEX packages.
Enter the agency code and shipment number, such as 0123/12345678, and search. The history groups statuses by day, with the most recent at the top.
Look on the label or in the pre-alert SMS or email, or ask the sender. It has a 4-digit agency code and a longer shipment number.
A new request goes to NACEX with every search, so you read what NACEX is showing now. The shipment can be ahead of the page if a courier hasn’t logged the latest step.
Check both parts: the agency code and the shipment number. Don’t swap them, and don’t leave off leading zeros. If NACEX’s own page finds it by reference only, you’ll need to search there.
NACEX lists most statuses by day only and gives a time just for the delivery itself. Within one day, follow the order NACEX lists them in.
If you received a delivery pre-alert, NACEX says its Mi Entrega Preferida link lets you change to a NACEX pick-up point. The point finder shows the locations near you.
Yes. Add your full NACEX number there and you’ll get a notification whenever the status changes. It’s free.
