Econt is a Bulgarian courier company. Parcels are delivered to the door, to an Econt office or to an Econtomat parcel locker, and Econt also serves Romania and Greece.
Econt says it delivers shipments on the next business day in places that have an Econt office, and on a set delivery schedule in places that don’t. It has more than 550 offices in Bulgaria, usually open from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. A shipment sent to an office can be collected from the next business day with an identity document. For deliveries to an address, Econt’s terms say the courier makes one attempt that day; a second attempt the same day has to be requested and costs extra.
Kargo Radar checks Econt’s tracking and shows the events in English. Courier and recipient names are left out.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Econt shipment numbers contain only digits and look like other carriers’ numbers, so Econt isn’t detected automatically. Choose Econt from the carrier list; the form on this page already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Econt selected and takes you straight to the results.
Econt numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Econt from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Econt’s published complaint conditions, dated 2010, give the right to complain to the sender and, once the shipment is delivered, to the recipient. Before delivery, a recipient needs the sender’s written consent.
If a shipment is damaged at handover, a report is drawn up in two copies describing the shipment and its packaging. As the recipient, have any problem noted on the waybill when you receive the parcel. Keep the shipment number ready. Kargo Radar has no link to Econt’s offices and can’t make a complaint for you.
Answers to common questions about Econt packages.
Paste your 13-digit shipment number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up with Econt and lists each event with its time and place.
A new shipment may not be registered yet, or the number may have a typo. Check the number on your receipt or in the sender’s message.
Econtomat is Econt’s automated post office, a machine where you can send and receive shipments at any time. To collect a shipment, choose Receive a shipment on its screen and scan the QR code or enter the two PIN codes.
Econt sends them for each shipment addressed to an Econtomat. They’re in the link in the email notification, in a text message if you chose that option, and in the Access code menu of the Econt mobile app. If the shipment is at your expense, you pay at the machine with a bank card through the Econt app or with ecoints.
Yes. Econt says the recipient, the place and the time of delivery can be changed before delivery, by phone, through the email notification or in an e-Econt profile. Its email and text notifications also tell you which office or courier is handling the shipment.
