Sameday, known for its easybox parcel lockers, is a Romanian courier company that also delivers in Bulgaria. Parcels go to the door, to an easybox or to a pickup point.
Sameday started in Romania in 2007 as a courier for banks and medical companies, with same-day and next-day deliveries. It joined the eMAG group in 2017 and launched its easybox lockers in 2019. On its Bulgarian site, Sameday says easybox PINs are no longer sent by SMS or Viber: the PIN is in the Sameday mobile app and in the email sent when the parcel is placed in the locker.
Each country has its own Sameday system. Kargo Radar checks Romania, then Bulgaria, and Hungary for older parcels, until it finds your AWB.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

AWBs that start with 1 and three letters are recognized automatically, so you can paste them into any Kargo Radar search box. For other Sameday AWBs, choose Sameday; the form on this page already has it selected.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Sameday selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some Sameday numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose Sameday from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
If a parcel is lost or damaged, Sameday’s FAQ tells both senders and recipients to use the form on its contact page. Have the AWB number ready, plus names, phone numbers and email addresses, a description of the problem and details of the contents and packaging.
If the product itself is incomplete or doesn’t work, Sameday says to contact the seller instead. An easybox PIN or a delivery can’t be managed from Kargo Radar, and we can’t send Sameday that form.
Answers to common questions about Sameday packages.

When Sameday places the parcel in the locker, Kargo Radar shows Out for delivery. Save the parcel in the app to get a notification when that happens.
The shop may have created the AWB before handing the parcel to Sameday. Check the number against the AWB in Sameday’s email or SMS/Viber notification and try again later.
Sameday lists a few reasons: you may be at a different easybox than the one you chose (check that the locker name in the email matches the one on the left of the screen), you may have mixed up the digits 0 and 1 with the letters O and I, or the parcel may no longer be in the locker because its storage period has ended. You can check the storage time through the link in Sameday’s email or SMS, or in the Sameday app.
Yes, if you chose an easybox return with the seller. Sameday says the return PIN works at any of its easyboxes, so you can use the nearest one, but it’s valid only for a limited time; the seller’s information shows until when.
