About Ekart
Ekart is an Indian logistics and supply chain company. It says it started in 2009 and now covers more than 15,000 PIN codes, with about 3,500 last-mile hubs. Ekart’s portal describes it as Flipkart’s in-house supply chain arm, and its terms name Flipkart Internet Private Limited.
Ekart also sells delivery to other businesses through B2C Express, B2B Express and warehousing. That’s why a parcel from a small online shop can arrive with Ekart too. Ekart’s seller FAQ says it makes up to three reattempts in the last mile, and that a delivery can be rescheduled unless the shipment is already marked RTO.
Kargo Radar reads the same e-commerce tracking data as Ekart’s own tracking page. It lists each scan in English with the hub name, and shows the origin and destination cities. When Ekart publishes an expected delivery date, that appears too. B2B and truckload shipments use an LR Shipment ID on a separate Ekart page, and Kargo Radar doesn’t read those.

What do Ekart tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Only numbers starting FMP or MYS are recognized automatically. Any other prefix could belong to another carrier, but this page’s form already has Ekart selected.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about Ekart statuses
Ekart’s events often include a hub name, such as a mother hub or a delivery hub. These are the phrases you’re most likely to see:
- Received at delivery hub
- The parcel reached the local hub that serves your area. Out-for-delivery usually comes next.
- Delivery attempted
- A courier tried to deliver and couldn’t finish it. Ekart can try again if the parcel hasn’t moved to return.
- Delivery not attempted
- Ekart recorded that no delivery was tried in this round. Kargo Radar marks this as not delivered, but the parcel can still go out again.
- Return to origin confirmed
- Ekart has started sending the parcel back to the seller. This is what RTO means.
- Return: received at hub
- The parcel is on its way back and has been scanned at a hub. Kargo Radar shows the whole trip as returned from this point.
Ekart customer support
If you bought the item online, start with the seller or marketplace. For a Flipkart order, use the order page in your Flipkart account. The seller booked the shipment, so the seller can ask for a change, a new attempt or a refund. Ekart’s seller FAQ says sellers raise tickets through its portal.
We didn’t find a public Ekart phone number for recipients on its site. Be careful with numbers from search results. Kargo Radar can show the scans, but it can’t rebook a delivery or open a claim for you.

How do I track an Ekart parcel?

Where do I find my Ekart tracking number?
Look in the order details or the shipping SMS or email from the seller. For a Flipkart order, open the order in your account. The number usually has four letters and then 10 digits.
Is this Ekart status live?
Kargo Radar asks Ekart for the record each time you look it up, so you get what Ekart reports at that moment. If a hub hasn’t scanned the parcel yet, the page can sit behind where your parcel really is.
Why does Kargo Radar say my Ekart number wasn’t found?
Ekart returns nothing for numbers it doesn’t know. A very new order may not be in the system yet, so try again later. If you have an LR Shipment ID for a bulk shipment, use Ekart’s B2B tracking link instead.
What does RTO mean on Ekart tracking?
RTO stands for return to origin. The parcel is going back to the seller, often after failed delivery attempts. Ekart’s FAQ says a delivery can only be rescheduled if it isn’t marked RTO, so contact the seller quickly.
How many times will Ekart try to deliver?
Ekart’s seller FAQ says three reattempts in the last mile. If you miss one, check the status here and ask the seller to request another attempt before the parcel turns to RTO.
Can I pay cash on delivery with Ekart?
That depends on what you chose when you ordered. Ekart’s seller pricing covers COD orders, and the payment method is set by the seller or marketplace. Tracking events don’t show whether an order is prepaid.
