Normally 10 to 12 digits. Hanjin calls it the 운송장번호, and it’s printed on the waybill label.

Look up a Hanjin parcel with its waybill number and follow it from terminal to doorstep. Events come from Hanjin’s English results page, with times in Korea time.
Enter your Hanjin waybill number
When any of your packages, including Hanjin, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Hanjin (한진) is a Korean logistics group. Its Korean homepage calls it a global comprehensive logistics company and lists a presence in 26 countries and about 50 cities. Parcel delivery in Korea, sold under the name 한진택배, is the part most people meet when an online order is on the way.
Hanjin’s personal parcel service runs from standard delivery to unmanned locker delivery, and its booking options include return, airport and golf parcels. Hanjin also says its One-Click service is built for solo founders and startups. On its English tracking page, Hanjin warns that delivery can run late in some areas, including islands and mountain areas.
Kargo Radar reads the English version of Hanjin’s results page each time you search. Event text is in English, though place names sometimes stay in Korean, and any courier name or phone number is removed before you see it. Kargo Radar is an independent service and has no affiliation with Hanjin.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Type digits only. Drop any dashes or spaces you copied from a message.
A Hanjin number is only digits, so it could belong to many carriers and isn’t recognized automatically. On other pages, pick Hanjin from the list. This form already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Hanjin selected and takes you straight to the results.
Hanjin numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Hanjin from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
These are the phrases Hanjin’s English tracking page uses most often:
Hanjin’s English page lists +82-1588-0011 for delivery in Korea and +82-1588-1612 for Global Express and import customs clearance in Korea. If you bought something online, start with the seller for address errors or refunds, because the seller booked the shipment and holds the order details.
If a parcel shows Delivery Completed but you can’t find it, or a scan hasn’t appeared for days, call Hanjin with the waybill number ready. Kargo Radar only displays what Hanjin reports. It can’t reroute a parcel, change a delivery time or file a claim for you.
Answers to common questions about Hanjin packages.
Enter the waybill number in the form above and press track. You’ll see every scan Hanjin has published, with the date, time and location of each one. No account is needed.
Look on the label attached to the parcel, or ask the seller who shipped it. Hanjin’s Korean site calls it the 운송장번호, so look for that word in any Korean order message.
Kargo Radar queries Hanjin at the moment you search, so you get what Hanjin currently reports. A parcel can be further along than that, because a new event appears only after Hanjin scans it.
Compare the digits with your label first. Hanjin’s results stay empty until it has an event for the number, so a very new waybill may show nothing. Try again later, then ask the seller.
The parcel has left the local terminal with a courier. It doesn’t give a delivery time, and Delivery Completed is the event that confirms it reached you.
Hanjin’s English page translates the event wording but sometimes leaves the place name in Korean. Kargo Radar shows the name as Hanjin wrote it, so you may see Korean inside an otherwise English line.
Yes. Save the parcel in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification when its status changes. To change the delivery itself, you’d need Hanjin’s app or its customer center.
