When any of your packages, including Hrvatska pošta, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Hrvatska pošta (Croatian Post) calls its retail network the largest in Croatia, and says it has the country’s largest electric vehicle fleet. Besides post offices, it runs a network of parcel lockers known as paketomati.
A useful feature is its parcel notification. Once your parcel is weighed, Hrvatska pošta can send an SMS or email with a link that lets you send it to another address, a paketomat or a post office. A change adds 48 hours to the delivery deadline. At a paketomat, the parcel goes to whoever enters the PIN or scans the barcode, so keep that message to yourself.
Kargo Radar reads the English tracking page at posiljka.posta.hr, so events show in English with the postal office’s name and Zagreb time. Records stay available for years. The carrier’s site sometimes returns an error for a valid item, and if so, try again shortly. Kargo Radar runs independently of Hrvatska pošta and isn’t an official channel.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Same pattern, ending in the sending country’s code. Items like this can be looked up here too.
Hrvatska pošta’s contact center also asks for this number when you call about an item, so keep it handy.
A number ending in HR is picked up automatically. Items mailed in from another country carry that country’s code, so choose Hrvatska pošta for those; it’s already chosen in the form here.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Hrvatska pošta selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
These are the English terms Hrvatska pošta uses on its tracking page:
The contact center handles individual item questions by phone or web form, and you’ll need your item number. Hrvatska pošta also has a separate complaint (prigovor) page. The status system is its first suggestion, so note the most recent event before you get in touch.
Customs charges and any declaration fee are paid on handover and are decided by the value of the goods, as listed on its customs supervision page. Kargo Radar can’t pay fees, redirect a parcel or make a complaint for you.
Answers to common questions about Hrvatska pošta packages.
Enter the item number in the form on this page. Results are grouped into stages on the Croatian Post side, and Kargo Radar shows them as one list with an overall status.
Check your post office receipt if you posted it, or the seller’s shipping email if you bought it. It looks like two letters, nine digits and two more letters.
We ask the carrier’s page at the time you look up the item. Delivery rounds can run ahead of the record, so your postal worker may be close by even though the last entry is hours old.
Hrvatska pošta’s English page shows “Invalid barcode format” for numbers it can’t find, even when the format is right. Recheck each character. An item from abroad may not be visible until it’s reached Croatia, so try the sender’s post in the meantime.
Hrvatska pošta’s locker page says 3 days from the SMS or email notice, with a reminder 12 hours before the deadline. A parcel you don’t pick up by then goes back to the sender. You can pay a cash-on-delivery charge at the locker.
Only goods from outside the EU come under customs supervision. VAT, handling fees and sometimes duty are collected when you receive the item, depending on its value and whether the seller used IOSS. Mail from other EU countries isn’t affected.
Yes, as long as you’ve received the notification by SMS or email. Its link lets you pick another address, a paketomat or a post office. Remember the change adds 48 hours to the delivery deadline.
