Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Amazon Logistics is Amazon’s own delivery network. When Amazon delivers a package itself rather than handing it to another carrier, the shipment gets a tracking ID such as TBA followed by 12 digits.
Amazon says that if you order more than one item, the items may have separate delivery dates and separate tracking. Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, might not be trackable. For orders from third-party sellers, Amazon can only show tracking information if the seller shares it with Amazon.
Amazon’s public tracking shows the package’s events but not the recipient’s name or address. If your order was handed to a different carrier, the order page shows that carrier’s tracking number instead.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
Example format
TBA123456789012
Usually TBA followed by 12 digits.
Example format
UK1234567890
UK followed by 10 digits, used by Amazon Shipping in the UK since October 2024. Choose Amazon Logistics as the carrier for these.
In Your Orders, select “Track package” next to the order, then “All updates.” The tracking ID is listed there.
TBA, TBC and TBM numbers are recognized as Amazon Logistics. Amazon Shipping UK numbers aren’t detected automatically, so choose Amazon Logistics from the carrier list; the form on this page already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Amazon Logistics selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some Amazon Logistics numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose Amazon Logistics from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
If tracking says delivered but you can’t find the package, Amazon suggests checking your address and delivery notifications, looking around the delivery spot and asking neighbors or household members. Then allow 48 hours, because packages can be marked delivered before they arrive.
If a third-party seller sold and shipped the order, Amazon says to contact that seller directly. Otherwise, contact Amazon Customer Service. Kargo Radar doesn’t see your Amazon order, so refunds and replacements are out of its reach.
Answers to common questions about Amazon Logistics packages.
Copy the tracking ID that starts with TBA from your order and paste it into the form on this page. Kargo Radar then shows each tracking event in order.
Kargo Radar needs the tracking ID itself, not the order number. Once the package has shipped, you’ll find it under “Track package” and “All updates” in Your Orders.
Amazon’s tracking service is sometimes briefly unavailable. When that happens Kargo Radar reports a temporary error, and trying again a few minutes later usually works.
Amazon says weather and traffic can cause delivery delays, and most late parcels arrive within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. If you save the tracking ID in the Kargo Radar app, it’s checked every hour, or every 20 minutes once it’s out for delivery, and you get a push notification when the status changes.
Amazon says a package that couldn’t be delivered goes back to Amazon, and Amazon issues a refund automatically once it receives the package. When the tracking shows the package returning, Kargo Radar shows Returned.
Yes. Tracking on Kargo Radar is free and doesn’t require an account. Save the package in the app to get a notification when its status changes.
