About Ninja Van
Ninja Van is a parcel delivery company serving Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia (as Ninja Xpress) and Thailand. It delivers many online-shop orders. Its express parcel service in Vietnam ended on 30 September 2025.
Ninja Van was founded in 2014 and describes itself as Southeast Asia’s leading logistics provider, trusted by nearly 2 million shippers, including leading brands and marketplaces. In Indonesia it runs as Ninja Xpress, which says it delivers throughout the country and has its own tracking page on ninjaxpress.co.
Kargo Radar works out the country from the tracking number. When it can’t, it checks every Ninja Van country and shows the one that has the parcel.
What do Ninja Van tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Is the carrier detected automatically?
IDs that start with NV or NL followed by a country code, such as NVSG… or NLMY…, are recognized as Ninja Van. Other prefixes aren’t, so choose Ninja Van for those; the form on this page already has it selected.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Ninja Van customer support
Ninja Van’s help pages differ by country, and its Philippines page sets out this split. For a lost parcel, go to the shipper or the e-commerce platform, which is also where a refund may come from. For damaged packaging, gather photos of the item, packing materials and the label, then contact Ninja Van. If only the contents are damaged, go to the shipper.
Its Singapore page says you can ask for redelivery by contacting Ninja Van, with up to 3 attempts in all. Refunds and rebooking stay between you, the seller and Ninja Van, as Kargo Radar has nothing beyond the tracking events.

How do I track a Ninja Van parcel?

Why can’t Kargo Radar find my Ninja Van number?

Ninja Van Vietnam ended its express parcel service on 30 September 2025 and keeps other logistics services there. For a parcel sent within Vietnam after that date, check which courier your order names.
Why do Ninja Van tracking numbers look so different?
Ninja Van’s developer documentation explains that a tracking number joins the shipper’s own prefix to the shipper’s order number, and some shippers use no prefix at all. The default length is around 18 characters. That’s why numbers from different sellers can look unrelated, so copy the whole number exactly.
Why isn’t my international Ninja Van parcel showing up yet?
Ninja Van says international shipments sometimes take a little longer to show up in tracking. Once the parcel appears, you can save it in the Kargo Radar app: it’s checked every hour, or every 20 minutes once it’s out for delivery, and you get a push notification when the status changes.
