Delhivery is an Indian logistics company that delivers e-commerce orders across India and also handles freight, cross-border and warehousing services. Each parcel shipment has an AWB (air waybill) number.
Delhivery describes itself as India’s largest logistics services provider. For sellers who ship with Delhivery, the AWB number is created when the shipment order is manifested and is printed on the shipping label, which the Delhivery agent scans at pickup. Once the agent has picked the parcel up, Delhivery moves the order from “Ready for Pickup” to “In Transit.”
For shipments that are still moving, Delhivery shares the full scan history. For completed shipments it often shows only the final status, so the history on Kargo Radar may contain a single event.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

You’ll find the AWB number in the order details of the shop you bought from, often labeled “tracking ID.”
Delhivery AWB numbers contain only digits and look like other carriers’ numbers, so Delhivery isn’t detected automatically. Choose Delhivery from the carrier list; the form on this page already has it selected.

Delhivery numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Delhivery from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
If you bought from a shop, ask the merchant as well. Delhivery says it tells the merchant when a shipment is lost in its network, and it sends product issues to the merchant or marketplace. You can raise a ticket on Delhivery’s website or app once the expected delivery date has passed.
Damage has a short window: raise it within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the outer packaging and the contents. Sellers on Delhivery One file through its claims module instead. We can show you the AWB’s scans, but raising tickets or chasing refunds isn’t something Kargo Radar can do.
Answers to common questions about Delhivery packages.
Paste your AWB number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up with Delhivery and shows the current status and scans, with times in India Standard Time.
Once a shipment is completed, Delhivery often shares only its final status. Kargo Radar shows that status at the location of the last scan.
A brand-new AWB may not be in Delhivery’s system yet, and very old shipments are removed. Check the number in your order details and try again later.
Delhivery’s own website also accepts an order ID, mobile number or LRN. Kargo Radar looks shipments up by AWB number, so copy the AWB (tracking ID) from your order details.
Delhivery’s help center says to raise a support ticket if a shipment’s status hasn’t been updated in the last 72 hours. If the status still says Pick-up, Delhivery hasn’t received the parcel from the seller yet, so contact the seller first.
The seller gets the AWB as soon as it creates the shipment, but Delhivery’s help center says the label is first scanned when a Delhivery agent picks the parcel up in a scheduled time slot. Until then, the parcel is still with the seller.
In Delhivery’s seller system, an order moves to In Transit once the Delhivery agent has picked it up from the seller. Save the AWB in the Kargo Radar app and it’s checked every hour, or every 20 minutes once it’s out for delivery, with a push notification when the status changes.
Yes. Tracking on Kargo Radar is free and doesn’t require an account. Save the package in the app to get a notification when its status changes.
