What do Blue Dart tracking numbers look like?

You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

How to track Blue Dart packages with Kargo Radar

   Pick the carrier

   Blue Dart numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Blue Dart from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.

   Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.

   Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.

What do the tracking statuses mean?

Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.

Shipped

The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.

In transit

The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.

Out for delivery

The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.

Delivered

The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.

Delivery failed

A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.

Returned

The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.

Blue Dart customer support

Blue Dart’s customer service page lists 022 4061 1234 and customerservice@bluedart.com. Its terms say the shipper or consignee must notify Blue Dart of loss or damage immediately.

A claim is separate from that notice. For services such as Domestic Priority, the shipper has to bring it, in writing, to the nearest Blue Dart office within 30 days of acceptance, and claims aren’t considered until all charges are paid. So if you’re the recipient, tell the sender quickly. Kargo Radar has read-only access to the waybill, which means no claims and no redelivery requests through us.
