Track a GDEX parcel in Malaysia with its consignment note number, often shortened to CN. Kargo Radar lists each hub scan in English and shows the overall status at the top.
Enter your GDEX consignment note number
When any of your packages, including GDEX, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
GDEX (GD Express) is a courier with its head office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, according to its customer service charter. Its website is built around parcel delivery in Malaysia, and it also has a Singapore section.
GDEX calls its tracking number a consignment note, or CN. Its tracking tool accepts either that number or a customer reference number, and GDEX has published a notice about moving to 13-character consignment numbers. Its FAQ also defines its statuses, including Claim, which means the CN is being investigated for a claim.
Kargo Radar reads the data behind GDEX’s tracking page, using the consignment number. Events are in English and times are Malaysia time, as GDEX gives them. A customer reference number needs GDEX’s own page, and only Malaysian numbers are covered here. Kargo Radar is a separate, independent service with no ties to GDEX.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Digits only, so select GDEX before searching.
Enter the consignment number, not a shop’s order number.
A number starting with MY and followed by 11 digits is matched to GDEX automatically. Older digits-only numbers aren’t, so choose GDEX for those. This form has it selected already.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has GDEX selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some GDEX numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose GDEX from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
GDEX’s FAQ defines several statuses, and the event list adds details about hubs:
GDEX tells customers to promptly contact its customer service if a parcel is delayed or lost in transit. Use the contact page for the current hotline, WhatsApp number and online enquiry form, and have your CN ready. GDEX’s service charter says complaints can be raised with its Service Quality Unit through the hotline.
If you’re the buyer and the status stays at Pending, the seller is the person to ask, as it’s up to them to hand the parcel to GDEX. Kargo Radar doesn’t have access to GDEX’s complaint system, and can’t change a delivery or open a claim for you.
Answers to common questions about GDEX packages.
Enter your consignment note number above. Numbers beginning with MY are recognized on their own, and the result shows GDEX’s events from pickup to delivery.
GDEX says the sender normally gives it to you, or you’ll find it on the receipt or the shipping confirmation email. On a label, look for the consignment note or CN number.
Yes, in one sense: it asks GDEX when you search and shows the answer it gets back. It can’t show a movement GDEX hasn’t recorded, so a parcel may be further along than its last scan.
GDEX’s FAQ says the likely cause is that the sender hasn’t handed the shipment over yet. You can track it once the sender transmits its daily electronic information to GDEX, so give it a day and then ask the sender.
Pending means GDEX is still waiting to collect the parcel, while Pickup means GDEX has it. A long Pending status usually comes from the sender’s side, so that’s the person to contact.
No. GDEX’s own tracking tool can search by customer reference, but this form uses the consignment number. Search on GDEX’s page if a reference number is all you have.
