About M&P
M&P, also known as Muller & Phipps, is a Pakistani courier and logistics company. It says it was incorporated in 1986 and now reaches more than 1,600 domestic and 200 international destinations, through over 750 courier centers in Pakistan.
Its services include overnight, same-day and second-day delivery, the My Flyer and My Box products, logistics and warehousing. M&P’s cash on delivery service has corporate and retail options, and it says the service reaches over 1,600 locations. If you’re paying on delivery, the event text may remind you to have the exact amount ready.
Kargo Radar reads M&P’s public tracking page. Each event appears in English with the short status, M&P’s sentence about it, and the location. Times are Pakistan local time. We show the origin and destination cities, but leave out the sender’s and recipient’s names from the top of M&P’s page.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about M&P Courier statuses
M&P’s page shows a short status and a sentence that explains it. These are its usual steps:
- Booked
- The order has been placed. M&P may not have the parcel yet, because it still has to be packed and prepared.
- Arrived at OPS Facility
- The shipment reached M&P’s operations at the origin hub and is waiting to be scheduled for transit.
- In-transit
- It has been dispatched and is on its way to the destination city.
- Reached at Destination
- It’s in the destination city and will be scheduled for delivery.
- Out-for-Delivery
- It’s scheduled for delivery. M&P asks you to keep your mobile on, and for COD orders, to prepare the exact amount.
M&P Courier customer support
If you ordered from a shop, ask the shop about refunds, wrong items and address changes, because it’s the shipper. If the shipment is stuck, or you booked it yourself, M&P’s helpline is (021) 111-202-202 and its email is contact@mulphilog.com. M&P’s contact form asks for your CN number, so keep it handy.
M&P’s site also has a Launch Complaint option in its help widget. Its site gives two different sets of working hours, so check before you visit a center. Kargo Radar only shows tracking and can’t talk to M&P on your behalf.

How do I track an M&P shipment?

Where do I find the M&P consignment number?
Check your booking receipt, or the order message from the shop that sent the parcel. M&P may call it a tracking ID, a consignment number or a CN number, and they all mean the same thing here.
How current is the M&P tracking shown here?
Your search reads M&P’s page right then, so it matches what M&P currently shows. Between scans nothing changes, even though the shipment may be moving, so a gap of a day isn’t always a problem.
Why do I see “No tracking record found”?
That’s M&P’s reply when it can’t match the number. Check that you entered only digits and that none are missing. If the shop has only just booked it, wait a while before trying again, or ask the shop for the number.
Why does the status say “Please keep your mobile on”?
It’s part of M&P’s out-for-delivery message, because the courier may call you. On COD orders, it also asks you to prepare the exact amount. Keep your phone nearby that day.
Is M&P the same company as Muller & Phipps?
Yes. M&P’s site uses the Muller & Phipps name, and its address is mulphilog.com. You may see any of these on a receipt or a message from a shop.
Booked has been the only status for days. Is something wrong?
Booked means the order was placed, and M&P says it still has to be packed and prepared. The parcel may not have been handed over. Ask the shop first, since it may still have the parcel.
