These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Kargo Radar (the "Application", the "Platform") mobile application and website (kargoradar.com), developed and operated by Teknolojig Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. (the "Company", "we").

By downloading or installing the Application, visiting the website or using our services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Kargo Radar is a package tracking service that brings together shipment tracking information from carriers in Türkiye on a single platform. Through the Application and the website, you can:

• •Check the status of your shipments by entering your tracking numbers
• •Track multiple carriers from a single screen
• •Receive notifications about changes in your package status
• •Access advanced features with a Premium subscription

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Kargo Radar Pro subscription is offered in two plans: monthly and yearly. The subscription provides access to advanced features such as an ad-free experience, unlimited package tracking and premium support.

4.2 Payment

• •Payments are collected through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
• •The subscription fee is charged to your store account according to the plan you choose
• •Prices may vary depending on your local currency and store policies

4.3 Automatic Renewal

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• •You can cancel your subscription at any time
• •iOS: You can cancel under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• •Android: You can cancel under Google Play Store > Subscriptions
• •After canceling, you can continue to use premium features until the end of the current period
• •Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the relevant app store

When using our services, you agree to comply with the following rules:

All content in the Application and on the website (design, software, logos, texts, graphics, images) is the property of Teknolojig Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. and is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Under these Terms, you are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute or use the content for commercial purposes.

• •Data Accuracy: Package tracking information is obtained from the systems of the relevant carriers. No guarantee is given as to the accuracy or timeliness of this information.
• •Service Continuity: The Application and the website are provided "as is". No guarantee is given that they will operate without interruption or error.
• •API Changes: Due to API changes by the carriers, some tracking features may be temporarily unavailable.
• •Limitation of Damages: The Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application or the website.

For detailed information on how your personal data is collected, used and protected, please review ourPrivacy Policy. By using our services, you are also deemed to have accepted our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When significant changes are made:

• •They are announced through an in-app notification
• •They are published on the website with the current date
• •Registered users are notified by email

Your continued use of our services after the changes means that you accept the updated Terms.

If you breach these Terms, your account may be suspended or closed. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account.

Upon termination, if you have an active subscription, it must be canceled through the relevant app store. Unpaid subscription fees are not refunded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms.
