About Trendyol Express
Trendyol Express, also called TY Express, is the delivery company of Trendyol, one of Turkey’s largest online marketplaces. It carries Trendyol orders across Turkey.
Trendyol Express started delivering in 2018 and serves all 81 provinces of Turkey. It picks orders up from the seller’s address, or the seller drops them off at a branch, and it sends you the delivery day by text message once your package has been picked up. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Besides delivery to your door, Trendyol Express can deliver to parcel lockers, partner pickup points and its own branches.
Event descriptions come from Trendyol Express and are usually in Turkish. Kargo Radar adds an English status summary, so you can follow your package without reading Turkish.

Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.

Trendyol Express customer support
To report a lost, late or damaged parcel, call Trendyol Express on 0850 759 15 15 with your tracking number, or use the contact form on its website. If a claim succeeds, it’s passed to the marketplace, which handles the refund.
If the parcel looks damaged when it arrives, ask the courier for a damage report (“hasar tutanağı”) on the spot. Trendyol Express says clearly visible damage accepted without one is generally not eligible. Sellers have their own route. Kargo Radar has no way to log that report or chase a refund.

Trendyol Express’s published delivery commitment within Turkey is 1 to 3 working days for distances up to 600 km, 1 to 4 working days for 600 to 1,200 km and 2 to 5 working days beyond 1,200 km. Kargo Radar shows the estimated delivery date that Trendyol Express reports for your package.
Can I change a Trendyol Express delivery if I won’t be home?
Yes. On the Trendyol Express tracking page, you can change the delivery date with a code sent by text message, up to 3 times per delivery, and change the delivery address the same way. You can also have the package left with a neighbor or at your door. If you’d rather collect it from a branch, ask before the package reaches the delivery branch; it’s then held there for 5 working days. If the courier doesn’t find you, they come back the next working day, Saturdays included. Customer service answers by phone on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and its online help, contact form and email are available 24/7.
