Example format
RR123456789CH
Two letters, nine digits and a two-letter country code: 13 characters. The ninth digit is a check digit.

Track letters and parcels sent through the international postal network with your tracking number. Kargo Radar reads the country code at the end of the number and checks the item with the postal service that issued the number.

When any of your packages, including International Post, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Postal services use the Universal Postal Union (UPU) S10 standard for international items: two letters, nine digits and a two-letter country code, for example RR123456789CH. Under the UPU standard, the code at the end is the country of the postal service that issued the number. That’s usually the country the item was mailed from, but not always.
Kargo Radar uses that code to look the number up with the postal service that issued it. Right now that covers 19 European countries (Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Albania) plus Japan, South Korea, Canada, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, Morocco, New Zealand, Colombia, Argentina and Peru: 35+ countries in total. Numbers from Germany, France, the UK and the Netherlands aren’t supported yet. Because postal services share scan data, events from the destination country often appear in the same record.
Numbers ending in TR are issued by PTT, Turkey’s postal service, and are tracked through PTT.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

International numbers ending in a supported country code are detected automatically and saved in the app as “International Post.”
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has International Post selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Event descriptions come from the record of the post that issued the number, so the wording varies by post. Common ones include:
International Post isn’t a company. It’s our way of looking a number up with the post that issued it, so there’s no support desk behind this page. If an item goes missing, the sender should start an inquiry at the post office in the country where it was posted. The Universal Postal Union (UPU) says the same, and it doesn’t handle requests from individuals.
For EMS items, contact the EMS provider in the country of origin. If you’re the recipient, ask the sender and share the number. Kargo Radar can’t open a postal inquiry or contact either post for you.
Answers to common questions about International Post packages.
It starts with two letters, continues with nine digits and ends with a two-letter country code, for example RR123456789CH. The first letters show the type of item, and the code at the end shows the country whose post issued the number (usually where it was mailed).
Numbers from 35+ countries’ postal services (including Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Japan, Canada, South Korea and Morocco) are looked up with that postal service. Numbers from Germany, France, the UK and the Netherlands aren’t supported yet.
Look for events such as arrival in the destination country, customs or delivery-office scans in the origin post’s record. Once those appear, the item has arrived and the local postal service is handling it.
