Enter your CLFOX number or home delivery number
When any of your packages, including FOXPOST, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
FOXPOST is a Hungarian parcel service built around self-service parcel lockers, and it also runs home delivery. Lockers come in two types with different pickup steps. On an A-BOX, a unique code from Viber or SMS opens your door. On a Z-BOX, you enter a 6-digit pickup code on the control panel.
The clock matters with lockers. FOXPOST says it keeps parcels for 5 calendar days, weekends and public holidays included, and the exact deadline is in your notification. It says it can’t extend that time on request, and only does so automatically if a locker breaks down. A parcel left uncollected goes back to the sender, with no redelivery.
Kargo Radar reads FOXPOST’s tracking page and requests English text, though some wording can appear in Hungarian. There are no status codes, so the status comes from each event’s wording. Kargo Radar doesn’t read the sender, order number or cash on delivery details on that page. It’s an independent app and isn’t affiliated with FOXPOST.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Digits only. FOXPOST says these start with 66639. Choose FOXPOST for these numbers.
FOXPOST says the parcel ID is at the end of the system email sent when the parcel is created. Numbers starting with Z are handled under Packeta on Kargo Radar.
CLFOX numbers are recognized automatically. Digits-only home delivery numbers aren’t, so use this form, which has FOXPOST selected.

Some FOXPOST numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose FOXPOST from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
FOXPOST puts a short status before each description:
FOXPOST says to contact the customer service of the operator matching your drop-off or pickup point. Parcels from DPD are different: DPD handles them until they reach the FOXPOST warehouse, and FOXPOST afterwards. FOXPOST offers contact forms and a separate form for damage claims.
If you’re the recipient and missed the pickup, speak to the sender or seller about getting the item back. Kargo Radar shows tracking only, so it can’t open a locker, take a payment or change a delivery.
Answers to common questions about FOXPOST packages.
Type or paste your parcel ID into the form above. CLFOX numbers work straight away, and you’ll see each step with its date and time. The Kargo Radar app can also notify you when the status changes, which helps with the short pickup window.
Look at the end of the system email FOXPOST sends when the parcel is created. If you have an account, it’s also under your incoming or outgoing parcels. Locker parcel IDs start with CLFOX or Z, and home delivery IDs start with 66639.
It shows FOXPOST’s latest report at the moment you search. The event appears after the parcel is scanned, so there can be a short delay. Your SMS or Viber message with the pickup code is the signal to go.
FOXPOST’s page tells you when a parcel ID doesn’t exist, which usually means a typo or a shipment that hasn’t been created yet. Numbers starting with Z belong on the Packeta page here. A 14-digit DPD number should be tracked on DPD’s site, as FOXPOST advises.
It depends on where it’s going. FOXPOST says an A-BOX takes card payment only at the terminal, while a Z-BOX uses a payment link in your notification, and the opening code comes after successful payment. A home delivery courier takes cash or card.
The parcel goes back to the sender and FOXPOST won’t deliver it again. Contact the seller or sender to see what they can do. You’ll see “Sent back” in the events when this has started.
FOXPOST says the courier tries twice on consecutive working days. Using the link in your email to change the day or address counts as one of those two attempts. After that, the parcel is returned to the sender.
