About GOFO
GOFO is a last-mile delivery company for online orders. Its US site says it delivers across 47 states, covering more than 12,000 ZIP codes and 75% of the US population. Retailers and marketplaces choose it for the final part of the trip, which is why many recipients only meet the name on a tracking email.
The company was known as GOFO Express. In August 2025 it announced that it had bought CIRRO Parcel, the last-mile arm of CIRRO in France, the Netherlands and Italy, and that both now operate under the GOFO name. GOFO’s US pages say recipients can’t collect a parcel themselves, and that a parcel goes back to the shipper after three failed attempts.
Kargo Radar reads GOFO’s US tracking service. Events are in English, with the city and state of the scan where GOFO gives them, and an estimated arrival when one exists. We drop the support line GOFO adds to some events, so the history stays short. A number from GOFO’s European sites may not be found here, so try that country’s GOFO site. Kargo Radar is an independent tracking service, with no link to GOFO.
What do GOFO tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
The retailer’s order number won’t work here. Look for the number starting with GFUS in your shipping notice.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about GOFO statuses
GOFO’s usual wording, from label to doorstep:
- Shipping Label Created
- The seller made the label. GOFO may not have the parcel yet.
- Arrived at GOFO Regional Origin Hub
- It reached a regional GOFO hub near the start of its trip.
- Arrived at GOFO Delivery Station
- It’s at the station that handles your area.
- Loaded on Vehicle
- It was put on a vehicle. A separate “Out for Delivery” event confirms the final trip.
- Out for Delivery
- It’s with a driver and on the way to you.
- Delivered, Door/Yard
- Delivery is recorded, and the wording tells you where it was left: at the door or in the yard.
GOFO customer support
For a delivery problem, use GOFO’s US customer service page, which gives a recipient hotline and an email address. Phone numbers varied between GOFO’s own pages when we checked, so use the page itself. Have your GFUS number ready.
For a refund, a replacement or a change to the order, go back to the store where you bought it. It hired GOFO and handles anything about the purchase. Kargo Radar shows the tracking record but can’t reach a GOFO driver or open a case on your behalf.

How do I track a GOFO parcel?
Put your GFUS number in the form. You don’t need to pick a carrier or sign up, and the results list each scan alongside the current status.
Where can I find my GFUS number?
Check the shipping notice from the store or the order page in your marketplace account. A store may show it under “tracking” without naming GOFO. If you only have an order number, ask the store for the tracking number.
Is GOFO tracking live here?
Your search goes to GOFO when you run it, and the page shows what GOFO has reported so far. That can be behind what’s really happening, since a driver’s progress only appears after a scan.
My GFUS number isn’t found. What should I do?
Check that you have GFUS and all 14 digits. If the label was only just created, GOFO may have no record yet, so try again in a few hours. If a store has marked it shipped days ago and it still fails, ask the store to confirm the number.
It says delivered to the door or yard, but I can’t find it. What next?
Check around the door, the yard and with neighbors or building staff, since the event says where the driver left it. If it’s still missing, contact GOFO through its customer service page and tell the store too, because the store handles refunds.
Can I pick up my parcel from a GOFO station?
GOFO’s US customer service page says recipient self-pickup isn’t available. Call its recipient hotline instead for help with a delivery, using the details on that page.
What happens if GOFO can’t deliver my parcel?
GOFO’s shipping page says parcels go back to the shipper after three failed attempts. If you see a failed attempt in the history, sort out the address or access problem soon, and tell the store if you need it resent.
Is GOFO the same company as CIRRO?
GOFO Express bought CIRRO Parcel, the European last-mile business, and both now use the name GOFO. This page covers GOFO’s US numbers, so a European number should go through the GOFO site for that country.
