Track a package delivered by Intelcom, or by Dragonfly as the same company is called outside Quebec. Paste the number from your merchant’s shipping email to see each scan and the current status.
Enter your Intelcom or Dragonfly tracking number
When any of your packages, including Intelcom, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Intelcom calls itself a last-kilometre logistics company. It’s based in Montreal and dates back to 1986. It says it serves local, national and international retailers in Canada, Australia and the Netherlands. In 2024 it kept the Intelcom name in Quebec and adopted Dragonfly everywhere else, so your email may use either name.
You don’t usually choose Intelcom yourself. Online merchants hire it to deliver their orders, and independent delivery partners drive the routes. Intelcom says it reaches about 98% of Canada through 110 stations, and that drivers work from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. In some cases you can also pick a Couche-Tard or Circle K counter when you order.
Kargo Radar reads the same tracking service that intelcom.ca and dragonflyshipping.ca use. Events arrive in English, in operational wording like “Hub station inbound scan”. The location is usually blank, so expect dates and statuses more than place names. When Intelcom shares an estimated delivery time, it’s shown too. Kargo Radar is an independent service and isn’t affiliated with Intelcom or Dragonfly.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Many merchants issue numbers with their own letter prefix. Intelcom’s tracker shows this style as its sample. These aren’t recognized automatically, so keep Intelcom selected here.
Copy the whole number from the merchant’s shipping confirmation, including the letters at the start.
Only INTLCM numbers are recognized automatically. Other merchant numbers could belong to any carrier, so use the form on this page, which already has Intelcom selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Intelcom selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some Intelcom numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose Intelcom from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
These are the phrases you’re most likely to see in an Intelcom or Dragonfly history:
Contact Intelcom for delivery problems: a missing package, a changed date or address, or delivery instructions. It says address changes are made by hand and can cause a delay, and that you can’t pick a specific delivery time. Its agents see the same tracking information you do, so call when you need something changed rather than a second look at the status.
Contact the merchant if the box arrives damaged or items are missing, because Intelcom says the claim is filed there and it doesn’t know what’s inside a package. Refunds also come from the merchant. Kargo Radar can show the status, but it can’t change a delivery or open a claim for you.
Answers to common questions about Intelcom packages.
Paste your number into the form on this page and leave Intelcom selected. You’ll see the scans so far and the latest status, with no account needed. The same form works when your email says Dragonfly.
Intelcom says to look on the merchant’s website, in your order details, and in the email confirming that your order has shipped. If you can’t find it, ask the merchant.
Kargo Radar asks Intelcom when you look up the number, so you get what Intelcom reports at that moment. A package can be further along than the page says if nobody has scanned it yet. If you have the app, save the package and you’ll be notified when the status changes.
Intelcom gives three reasons for tracking errors: the merchant hasn’t told it about the package yet, the number’s format is wrong, or the number is more than three months old. For a new order, try again later. Otherwise, check the number with the merchant.
Open the delivery photo Intelcom emailed you and look around the spot it shows, including behind anything in the picture. Drivers sometimes tuck packages out of sight to deter theft, so check your property and mailroom. If it’s still missing, or you don’t recognize the place in the photo, call Intelcom right away.
Not at the moment. Intelcom says station pickups aren’t available, and if no secure spot exists the package goes back to the warehouse for delivery the next business day. Counter pickup at Couche-Tard or Circle K must be chosen on the merchant’s site when you order. You then have 5 days to show the barcode from your email.
No. Intelcom is the founding name, still used in Quebec, and Dragonfly is the name it adopted elsewhere. Numbers from both are read from one shared tracking service, so you don’t need to work out which name applies.
Be careful with links. Intelcom says its texts come from 87225 and asks you to report anything suspicious to your phone provider. If you’re unsure, ignore the link and look up your number here or on Intelcom’s own page.
