PHLPost is the Philippine Postal Corporation, the postal operator of the Philippine government. It handles mail, parcels and express items within the country and to addresses abroad.
Its services include International and Domestic Express Mail Service, or EMS, as well as registered mail, which PHLPost says is recorded from acceptance through to delivery to the addressee. It also warns on its tracking page that international mail and parcels are subject to examination by the Bureau of Customs.
Kargo Radar reads PHLPost’s tracking system when you search. Events are in English and use standard postal wording. On items leaving the Philippines, scans from the destination country can appear too, and their times can be a few hours off because PHLPost records them on Manila time. We’re not part of PHLPost: Kargo Radar is an independent service, unaffiliated with the Philippine Postal Corporation.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

This tracker reads numbers ending in PH. If your item came from abroad, its number usually ends with the sending country’s code.
Numbers ending in PH are recognized from the international postal format and sent to PHLPost automatically, shown as an International Post result if you search from the homepage.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has PHLPost selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
PHLPost’s event list follows the international postal steps:
PHLPost’s customer service hotline is (02) 8288 7678, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00, and its email is phlpostcares@phlpost.gov.ph. Express Mail questions can go to ems.cs@phlpost.gov.ph. The sender holds the receipt, so ask them to help with a lost item. PHLPost says indemnity is paid for lost or damaged registered mail.
Once an item reaches another country, delivery is in the hands of that country’s post. Ask the local post about redelivery or collection. Kargo Radar can’t contact PHLPost, pay customs charges or change a delivery.
Answers to common questions about PHLPost packages.
Enter the 13-character number ending in PH. Kargo Radar lists its postal events in order, with the office or country next to each one.
Look on the receipt from the post office where the item was mailed. If someone sent it to you, ask them for the number, which starts with two letters and ends in PH.
PHLPost is queried when you press track, so the page shows what its system holds at that moment. Mail often waits between scans, particularly overseas, and the real position can be ahead of the record.
That’s PHLPost’s answer when it has no events for the number. Check every character against the receipt and try again after the post office has had time to process it. If it stays blank, call the hotline.
Be careful. PHLPost warns that it doesn’t send texts, emails or online messages saying an item couldn’t be delivered because of a wrong address, or charging a small fee. Don’t click the link, and verify through its hotline or email.
PHLPost says international items are subject to Bureau of Customs examination, and its tracker gives no duration for that. If Send item to customs stays the newest event for a long time, contact PHLPost with the number.
