Naqel Express is a courier and logistics company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and owned by Saudi Post (SPL). It delivers across the Gulf region, and its services include e-commerce deliveries.
Naqel was formed in 2005 as a joint venture between Saudi Post and Hala Express (founded in 1993), and Saudi Post fully acquired Naqel in 2022. Naqel says it has 4,900 delivery points in Saudi Arabia, covering all cities, towns and villages. It was the first logistics company in Saudi Arabia to receive a customs clearance license, and it offers in-house customs clearance around the clock. Within Saudi Arabia, Naqel ships by land only; international shipping goes by air, land or sea to selected countries.
Naqel’s tracking lists events with their date and location. Kargo Radar shows each event and summarizes the shipment’s status, marking it Delivered once Naqel confirms delivery.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Naqel numbers are digits only and look like many other carriers’ numbers, so Naqel Express isn’t detected automatically. In the app, choose Naqel Express from the carrier list; the form on this page already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Naqel Express selected and takes you straight to the results.
Naqel Express numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Naqel Express from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Naqel’s own tracking page shows a shipment in three steps:
Naqel’s claims page says only the shipper can file a claim, so if you’re the recipient, ask the sender. The shipper must notify Naqel in writing within 7 days and send the documents within 30 days of that notice.
If a parcel reaches you damaged or incomplete, write that on the waybill or Naqel delivery sheet when you receive it; remarks elsewhere aren’t accepted. Naqel’s contact page lists numbers by country, including 8002464444 in Saudi Arabia, and the email care@naqel.com.sa. Kargo Radar can only show the waybill’s events, not file or follow a claim.
Answers to common questions about Naqel Express packages.
Paste your waybill number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up in Naqel Express’s tracking system and lists every event.
Check the order details on the site or app you ordered from, or the shipping details the sender gave you.
Naqel numbers contain only digits, and numbers of the same length are used by other carriers. To avoid guessing wrong, Kargo Radar asks you to pick Naqel Express.
Naqel says that if you aren’t available when the courier comes, the package goes back to the Naqel facility and the delivery is rescheduled for a later date. To ask for a different delivery day or time, contact Naqel’s customer service. Once Naqel receives a shipment from the sender, it texts the recipient the expected delivery date and a link to share their location. When Naqel’s record includes an expected delivery date, Kargo Radar shows it too.
Yes. Besides doorstep delivery, Naqel can place your shipment in a parcel locker of the Parcelat network. Naqel texts you a link to choose a locker, then sends another text with a one-time code (OTP) and the location once the parcel is ready. Parcels stay in the locker for up to 48 hours before going back to Naqel, and the lockers don’t accept payments.
Yes. Tracking on Kargo Radar is free and doesn’t require an account. Save the package in the app to get a notification when its status changes.
