EMS item code
Example format
EB012345678VN
E, one more letter, 9 digits, then VN. This is the only format covered by this tracker.

Look up an EMS Vietnam item with its code, such as one starting with E and ending in VN. Kargo Radar shows each post office scan and, where available, its English wording.
Enter your EMS Vietnam code (E…VN)
When any of your packages, including EMS Vietnam, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
EMS Vietnam’s Vietnamese name is Tổng công ty Chuyển phát nhanh Bưu điện, roughly “Post Express Corporation”. On its website, it says it’s the only company allowed to manage and operate EMS-branded express delivery in Vietnam.
EMS Vietnam’s own tracking page calls the number a “mã bưu gửi” (item code) and lets you search up to 100 items at once, separated by commas. The company also runs a service called EMS COD, which it describes as collecting the delivery charge when the item is handed to the recipient.
Kargo Radar reads the same tracking data used by that page. Its text is usually Vietnamese with an English phrase in brackets, and Kargo Radar shows the English part when there is one, with times in Vietnam time. Other Vietnam Post items, such as numbers starting with R, C or L, sit behind a captcha elsewhere, so they aren’t covered here. Kargo Radar works independently and isn’t part of EMS Vietnam or Vietnam Post.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Enter only the code. Kargo Radar adds whatever the EMS system needs behind the scenes.
A code like E? + 9 digits + VN is recognized automatically. Items from Vietnam Post that don’t start with E aren’t supported here, even though they also end in VN.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has EMS Vietnam selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
EMS Vietnam’s events use standard postal wording, where “PO” means post office. A few, mostly about money collected, appear only in Vietnamese, such as “Đã thu tiền khách hàng” (money collected from the customer).
The sender holds the receipt and the shipment details, so ask them to raise a loss, a delay or an address change with EMS Vietnam. If you’re the recipient, you can also contact EMS through its website, quoting the item code. For an online order, the shop that booked the delivery is often the quickest route.
For compensation rules, EMS publishes a policy page on its site. Kargo Radar only shows the tracking record, so it can’t reschedule a delivery, confirm a cash on delivery payment or file a complaint.
Answers to common questions about EMS Vietnam packages.
Type the code that starts with E and ends in VN into the form. The result lists each post office scan with its date, time and location, plus the origin and destination countries when EMS gives them.
It’s on the sender’s EMS receipt and on the label on the item. EMS calls it a mã bưu gửi, so look for that wording in Vietnamese messages from a shop or sender.
Your search goes to EMS at that moment and displays the record it holds. A post office may not have scanned the item yet, so its real position can be ahead of the last line.
Check the 13 characters against the receipt. If they’re right, the item may not have entered the system yet, or it may be a Vietnam Post item without the E prefix, which this tracker can’t read.
EMS only provides an English phrase for standard postal events. Payment steps like “Phát hành phiếu nhờ thu” (collection note issued) have none, so Kargo Radar keeps EMS’s Vietnamese wording for those.
They’re payment records on a cash on delivery shipment, such as “Đã thu tiền bưu tá” (money collected from the postal worker). They don’t change where the parcel is, and questions about the money go to the sender.
